These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and any premium subscription services offered through it. By using the website or purchasing a premium plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this website and purchase premium services.
2. Service Description
This website is used to introduce and sell premium digital services that are provided for use on the designated service website outfitnex.com. These services may include premium access, subscription benefits, ad-related improvements, credits, content unlocking, or other digital benefits made available through Outfit Nex. Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
3. Billing and Subscription
Premium purchases may be billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable price, taxes, and renewal charges according to the plan you selected.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing according to the payment provider’s supported cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already processed unless required by law or an applicable refund policy.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by our refund policy, applicable law, and the payment provider’s rules. Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund claims may result in account restrictions.
Refund Summary
For Outfit Nex services, refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including duplicate charges caused by a technical issue, verified service-access failures caused on our side, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or purchased content being removed before you had a reasonable chance to access it.
Refunds are generally not available for used credits, memberships that have already started and been accessed, discounted or promotional purchases, or requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for unused time within an active billing period.
To request a refund, contact support at support@outfitnex.com and include your account email, transaction date and amount, order ID or payment reference, and a short explanation of the issue. Requests are typically reviewed within 5 to 7 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method based on provider processing timelines.
If a chargeback is initiated before contacting support, Outfit Nex may suspend or terminate the related account. You should contact support first so the issue can be reviewed directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality, or use the website in violation of law.
7. Account and Access
We may create, associate, or update a user record based on visit activity, payment status, or payment callback information in order to provide service access, fraud prevention, and operational support.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, software, and service materials remain the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, legal compliance, payment disputes, security reasons, or operational maintenance.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
